Edra is a new name in the world of contemporary design. Launched in 1987 Edra’s style is unique and very distinctive. The collection has a minimalist touch to it but the shapes and materials contribute an exuberant energy to each piece. Every piece is striking and despite its young life Edra is now an internationally acclaimed name which has been exhibited in the Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art in New York. Many renowned designers have contributed to the Edra collection among them Francesco Binfare’ van Severen Studio 65 Ross Lovegrove Masanori Umeda. Our favourite piece is the “Cotton String” designed by Brazilian designers Fernando and Humberto Campana.
