Ingo Maurer lamps are part lighting, part Art. As seen in the current series of Big Brother UK, the Wo-tum-bu floor lamp is a remarkable piece of work, characterised by its beautiful paper shade. The methods used to create each paper shade derive from traditional Japanese techniques, all performed by hand. As many as eight treatments are required to obtain the desired effect, culminating in a dazzlingly beautiful and unique standing lamp for the modern home. Available in two sizes. Designed by Ingo Maurer and Dagmar Mombrach.
