EUROPE BY NET GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customer names for orders received in September and October 2006 will be entered in the giveaway. The winner will be selected by random drawing on or around November 15, 2006, and will be notified by e-mail or by telephone. The prize is a three-night stay for two at the Bagni di Bormio Spa Resort in Bormio, Italy including room (double occupancy), breakfast and dinner, and use of the hotel’s spa facilities. Transport to the spa is not included.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
Only one (1) entry is allowed per entrant. If any potential winner selected cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 14 days of attempted notification, or any prize is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to a prize and, at Europe by Net’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. Europe by Net, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or otherwise in violation of the rules. Europe by Net further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort. All decisions of the judges are final.

Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Sweepstakes open to all customers except legal residents Florida, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the date of entry. Employees of Europe by Net, participating companies, and their immediate families are not eligible for this offer. Subject to all relevant national and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

The odds of winning depend on the number of customer orders received by Europe by Net in September and October 2006. The Prize is not transferable. No purchase necessary. To enter the competition, the entrant must place an order or send his or her name, address and telephone number clearly printed to ‘Europe by Net – Bagni di Bormio Spa Resort Competition, 22 Warwick Street, London W1B 5NF, United Kingdom' to arrive before 31st October 2006. All entries become the property of Europe by Net and will not be acknowledged or returned. Except where prohibited: (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winners’ names and likeness for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. Affidavits and releases must be returned within 14 days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen.

By entering the Competition you release Europe by Net (U.K.) Limited, participating sponsors, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agencies from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Competition or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property or defamation). Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of Europe by Net (U.K.) Limited, which are final and binding in all respects.
